God himself uniquely and wonderfully makes each woman. However, sometimes as women, we get so caught up in the overwhelming demands of everyday life and hurtful situations that come our way, that we forget this timeless truth. I’ve been there and I understand. I believe women today need help navigating the tumultuous and turbulent times we live in.


My passion in life is to teach, train, coach, and encourage women. Each year I am honored with the privilege of helping women get relief from anxiety, stress, relationship conflicts, intimate partner abuse, family dysfunction, and trauma.
